What project information can Green PM work with?
Green PM is designed to work with project schedule data, document records, procurement and vendor information, field progress reports, change events and NCRs. The specific information sources connected to a project depend on your systems and setup, and are confirmed during pilot scoping.
What is the difference between Evidence Score and Confidence Score?
Evidence Score is a deterministic measure based on source availability, recency and corroboration. Confidence Score reflects how much reliance should be placed on the available evidence given its context and reliability. A high Evidence Score with a low Confidence Score is a meaningful signal, not a display error.
What happens when project information conflicts?
Activities where evidence sources disagree, or where Evidence Score and Confidence Score diverge significantly, are flagged for project team attention. Flagged activities are surfaced prominently and are not included in automated reporting drafts until a project team member has reviewed them.
Does Green PM make project decisions?
No. Green PM provides a structured, evidence-backed view of project status. Decisions about progress certification, change approval, reporting and project action remain with the project team.
How does Green PM keep people in control?
No consequential project conclusion is acted upon without appropriate professional review. Project team corrections, additions and context are recorded as part of the project record. Nothing is submitted, sent or confirmed without a human decision.
